TERMS & CONDITIONS

Iran visions (IV) acts as an independent agent with airlines lodging providers, ground operators, and any other suppliers of travel services involved with your itinerary.

IV  is not responsible for the act , changes , or omissions of such suppliers or their subcontractors or their failure to  provide services or adhere to their own schedules  or to honor their contracts. IV has no special knowledge regarding the unsuitability for disabled persons of any portion of the tour, if such portion is controlled or arranged by any such supplier . During your tour, certain risks and dangers may arise, including but not limited to : the hazards of travelling in undeveloped areas, travel by boat, vehicle, train , automobile, motorcycle, aircraft, or other means of conveyance , the force of nature, political unrest, and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. IV will not have liability regarding the aforesaid or provisions of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be tendered . consult with your physician prior to departure. Travel insurance is recommended.

Participants hereby release IV,  its officers , employees , and agents from any claims of liability or harm resulting in whole or in part from cases including , but not limited to : missed connections, equipment changes, occurrences  during the tour, and suitability for disabled persons of any portion of the tour. IV reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary, cancel any tour segment prior to departure , and decline to accept or retain any participant should such person's health or department impede operation of the trip or enjoyment of any other participant.

• Reservations are subject to the tariff rules of each airline or land operator on your itinerary. Those rules may require advance payment and cancelation or change fees , which are addition to the cancellation fees set forth below. The tour cost is subject to change until full payment is received.
• Consent:  the payment of the deposit or any other partial payment for a reservation on a journey booked by IV for participants listed below constitutes consent by all participants covered by that payment to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained in the individual  itinerary and ' Iran Visions ' term and conditions .the terms, under which you agree  to take this journey , can not be changed or amended except in writing signed by an authorized director of the agency

        Payment :

• Deposit - Due upon receipt of invoice
• Form of payment : cash / wire
• Final payment due no later than 60 days prior to departure for tour  Cancelation changes apply if not paid on time
• Any reservations made within 60 days of departure  date will require full payment at  the  time of the booking    

       Cancelation charges  : 

All land travel arrangements are subject to the following, based on the number of days prior to departure by which we receive your  written notice of cancellation 

• More than 60 days prior to travel : Deposit
• 60 days or less of travel departure date  : 100% of total itinerary cost
• Airline cancellation policies vary and apply

I hereby agree to the " Iran Visions Terms & Conditions " on behalf of all family members travelling on this tour, including minors , and behalf of my heirs and legal representatives.
